Vicky Kosta (Inmate #VK-303328) was a former inmate of Wentworth Correctional Centre.

Kosta leverages others through intimidation, and desperation, making cash off her fellow inmates however she can. Kosta would take the position of top dog in a heartbeat, but she doesn’t have the muscle.

Kosta in series 7 tries to run for top dog, but it set up by Marie and is set up by Sean who plants a bloody hoodie in a drug hole.

Kosta is blamed for Kaz's death, but is found innocent, later shot in the head by Sean Brody during the Siege of Wentworth

Time At Wentworth[]

During her time in Wentworth, Kosta organised both the drug racket and the underground prison boxing matches. Kostas even threatened Narelle Stang over bringing drugs into Wentworth and said if she tried anything she would cut her up badly.

In the dining room, Sonia comes in and gets her things as Kaz sits at the table and Sonia gets her food as Marie asks Sonia what has she done and she says that is the look she normally gets. Will comes in and tells Liz that the doctor is there, Kaz asks her if she wants her to come with her, Liz nods as Boomer asks why, Kosta cruelly remarks if she needs her to hold Liz's hand and Kaz tells Kosta to shut up as Will does too. Kosta then remarks why Kaz is still protecting a lagger and Kaz says that everyone will now have to back off Liz or they will have her to deal with and it will be the only warning, Kaz leaves as Sonia looks as Marie who is eating.

As the women are playing basketball, Allie says that she is now warmer outside then in the prison, and Ruby tells her that she is hot enough already, Kosta tells the two to get a room as Ruby tells her to shut up. Allie goes to pass Ruby her jumper but Kosta's phone falls out of it, as Kosta sees it she rushes to pick it up. Kosta asks her how it got there and accuses her of always having it, Allie denies knowing any knowledge of it. Kaz walks over and tells everyone to stop as Kosta tells her that she wants justice, Sonia butts in and says that justice should be Kaz's call and Ruby tells her to shut up, as the PA announces work unit starting in ten minutes, the women agree to something after work unit, as they walk off, Kaz stares as Sonia.

Kosta walks into the laundry and says that they should hurry up and do what they came to see, Ruby attempts to stand up for Allie and Allie tells her that it is okay, the power suddenly goes as Will is in the elevator and the power cuts off there. A PA call goes out telling people to stay where they are as Kosta says to hurry up and get on with it, Kaz looks at Allie who walked over to the press as Will attempts to call for help in the elevator but can't get through on the radio as Sonia tells Allie not to worry as she tells the women in the laundry that Kaz is a lagger and has an arrangement with Will who came in and broke up their last fight and Kaz tells everyone that Sonia is trying to discredit her because she knows that Sonia killed Sharon. Allie puts her hand into the press as everyone watches. Will begins to have a hallucination and he uses the call button to figure out why there is no power, the person responds by saying it should be a few minutes. Sonia tells the women that she is delaying as Kaz moves her hand toward the bar as Will begins to hallucinate Ferguson in the elevator telling him "officer needs assistance". Allie tells Kaz to do it as Kaz steam presses Allie's hand Will screams at Ferguson in the lift as Allie's hand is burned the power comes back on, with Kaz calling Sonia a liar, everyone leaves as Kaz tells Sonia that Spike gets out of the slot in the afternoon and she will see her then. Boomer walks over and says if everything is alright and Sonia says that it is fine and Boomer says that she heard Kaz says that she was the one who killed Sharon and Sonia says that she hopes that Boomer doesn't believe it. Sonia then tells Boomer that she needs to

Marie walks away and over to Kosta, Marie tells her that she needs some gear, and Kosta says that she thought Marie had her own stash, Marie asks if she has it or not, and Kosta tells her to take a chill pill, the raised voices bring Will over and asks if everything is alright.

In the yard, Boomer walks into the canteen area and walks over to Kosta who asks what she wants and Boomer says that she wants a fight, Kosta says that she is workshop boss now and Boomer says that she can't bullshit a bullshitter since Vera shut down the workshop and since Kaz has been in the slot Kosta has been running fights and she wants to fight, Kosta and Cherry almost laugh at her but Boomer says that she is great at 'punching tits in.' and she taps the pole before walking away.

In the laundry, Boomer is fighting Stella as she knocks Stella down as Kaz and her crew walk into the laundry, Stella doesn't notice and is knocked to the ground as Boomer celebrates the win, Boomer is dejected after winning. Mon tells Kaz to still it to her as Kaz says if they want to fight they can fight but as long as the fights are clean and the opponent agrees to the fight, but there are to be no dirty fights. Kaz tells Kosta that she will take a cut of 50% of all her fights as her commission for top dog, Kosta reluctantly agrees as Kaz tells the women to have at it.

In the yard, Ruby walks over and talks with Kosta and she demands a fight, Kosta tells her to keep quiet as the guards may hear and Ruby says 'fuck the guards' as Kosta says that she will make the fight happen. Ruby walks away as the women begin to take bets, as Linda is walking through the area she sees the deals and walks to the yard and tells inmates to get back to their cells and as they leave Linda and Kosta talk, Linda asks if she has a scrap on and Kosta says maybe as she asks Linda if she is interested Linda says that she might be and it depends on whose scrapping, Kosta reveals that it is Ruby and Boomer and Linda decides to put her bet on Boomer, Kosta walks away and says that she'll take that bet as Linda realises she needs to do something.

As Boomer is preparing for her fight, Kosta is taking phone calls on the fight as they begin to wonder where Ruby is, Kosta says that the fight has to begin soon as Cherry comes in and shrugs as Hutch says that she'll fight Boomer if she has to and Boomer shuts it down by saying that she will find Ruby and she takes off her hand guards and walks to the unit. Boomer knocks on the door and opens it revealing Allie and Ruby are together, shocked by this Boomer asks if Ruby is going to fight her today and she says no as Boomer walks off, as Liz throws a pillow back into the cell and they thank her.

Marie is waiting in the corridor as she hears Kosta and Boomer argue over the fight that was cancelled, Boomer tells Kosta that Ruby was too busy "bumping uglies" with Allie and she probably wont do a rematch, Kosta walks away as Boomer follows.

6x9[]

In the yard, Kosta comes over to Boomer and Ruby who are training, Kosta tells Ruby that she wimped out on her but is willing to give her another go, as Ruby tells her that she is retired from fighting, as Kosta says that she is owed a fight between her and Boomer, Ruby says that she is not going to hit Boomer as she is her friend as Kosta says that she has a better option for her and says that she is going to fight Cherry and to be ready.

Season 7[]

In season 7, Kosta is seen playing basketball with a group of prisoners when she chucks the ball at Vera and Jake tells her she could of hurt her, Kosta also gives Marie drugs, and they are the drugs that set off Junkie inmate Kylee Webb, Kosta is later seen in the yard watching over what's happening. She almost gets slotted in episode 2 after drugs are found in the kitchen, she starts bringing drugs in through dead birds, she tries and rallies to get the role of Top Dog, she isn't present during Kaz's memorial and is later set up and slotted for Kaz's murder, but is released from the slot when results show it wasn't her blood.

Ep 8[]

During the night, Marie is in her cell looking into the mirror as Kosta comes in and tells her that Marie's "star is falling" and that she is going to get front side tickets to her lynching, Kosta prepares to say something else but is stopped when Brody tells her that she will appear in court in the morning as her "hearing" has been brought forward, Marie smiles at this as Boomer walks back to her cell before being stopped by May who asks her to make her a cuppa, Boomer tells her to make it herself before going into her cell, the two sit in their cells in silence.

When Linda escorts Marie into the corridor where Marie is told by Kosta that she better get out of there while she still can.

Ep 9[]

Kosta in the back half of the season, witnesses alongside other prisoners, Marie's fall from grace, and even tells Rita why "The fuck did you save her..", Kosta in episode 9 was among those in work unit taken hostage, and she sarcastically told Brody that taking a prison hostage was a "good idea", and when they all learn Brody is working for Marie, Kosta just says she never trusted Marie at all. Kosta is revealed to be the victim murdered by Brody in the Season finale.

Kosta's last lines were "I never liked that bitch.."
