Ray Proctor was a former prison cook of Wentworth Detention Centre.
Ray brought in to replace Mrs O'Reagan at Wentworth Detention Centre. Blackmailed by both Joan Ferguson and Reb Kean over smuggling goods into prison including booze and drugs. Last seen in (506) but mentioned occasionally afterwards, for instance in (514).
His presence is implied in (520), where he is supposed to be drunk in the kitchen over an argument with his boyfriend.
The women discuss his sacking in (521). He later sends a letter to Dennis Cruickshank about how Joan Ferguson blackmailed him into bringing in contraband.
