Pamela Madigan an Indigenous social worker working with Sarah West and an old friend of Governor Ann Reynolds. She leaves when Sarah is transferred at Pamela's request to protect her from possible reprisals when Ernest Craven is transferred to Wentworth following the riot at Blackmoor. In one of her more memorable scenes, she slaps governor Ernest Craven in the face after he makes a racist comment toward one of the inmates.

- Madigan was one of the only Australian Aboriginal characters to appear in the cast along with prisoner Sarah West of the entire 'Prisoner' series.
