Officer Manning is a former officer at Wentworth Correctional Centre.
Manning is first seen in the laundry when Allie Novak comes to confront Lou Kelly about the Top Dog matter. Also seen when she takes Allie Novak to see the governor.
Watches over a shift in the call centre and is bribed by Ruby to let Judy Bryant make a call to her father in the UK. But she is found out by Linda Miles.
Due to the breech in security Officer Manning had been sacked due to this breach.
