Nurse Lee Radcliffe was a former nurse at Wentworth Detention Centre who received the unfortunate nickname of Nurse "Ratshit" by Boomer..
Her personality reflects a very skilled professional in the medical field, but on the other hand she seems quite a more naïve person in daily life.

Radcliffe during her time at Wentworth started the Contraceptive Mentor Program under the guidance of Governor Bennett, the program was used when the prison started a conjugal program and the women had to be put in a program. Radcliffe stressed the voluntary nature of the program, and later treated several inmates who overdosed on drugs and bashings.
That is shown, for instance, when officer Jake Stewart seduces her and has a sexual intercourse with her in the infirmary, in order to make Joan Ferguson able to blackmail her in return for letting her free to cut Lucy Gambaro’s tongue with dentist tools, or when she lets herself partly be caught by the advances of regional director Derek Channing.
Season 6[]
Radcliffe is sacked from Wentworth by the governor after medication went missing and she couldn't explain the missing meds. In fact the meds that went missing she gave to Jake so he could give them to Will.
When Vera has a meeting with Jake, Linda and Will to explain her sacking Linda replies that she 'didn't see it coming' being sarcastic about it, and Vera says that some people never fail to disappoint.
