Doug Williams is a background officer of Wentworth Correctional Centre who is seen during season 5. In the finale, he is guarding the workshop area.
Franky Doyle (Wentworth) and Allie Novak manage to distract him by radioing a request for aid in C Block to his walkie talkie.
Later he nearly catches Franky when she is trying to escape, however Boomer distracts him.
Seems to be on friendly terms with Jake Stewart.
