Delia Stout is a former officer of Wentworth Detention Centre
Delia who was a dedicated trainee officer who harbours a secret crush on colleague Marty Jackson, she goes out with Meg Morris to find Marty when the fires get out of hand and when Marty is found she is relieved.
Stout is later made fun of by Joan when Stout is given flowers by Marty and Joan Ferguson mocks her weight and the flowers calling the flowers 'troppo heat', which sets Stout off on an eating binge as a result.
She "disappeared" from the show without explanation though she was mentioned by Marty Jackson in episode 686 in regards to helping him start decorating his apartment.
