Officer Anna Deng was an officer at Wentworth Correctional Centre.
Deng is first seen in season 6 as a PA officer, and later seen around the prison escorting inmates around.
One of the officers taken hostage in the siege, in season 8 called for help from the security room as Marie is not responsive after attempting suicide in the protection unit gym.. Deng is also present when Ann orders the closure of the protection unit.
Officer Deng escorts Rita back to her unit after it locked down after the death of Marie Winter (Wentworth). Deng is fooled by Joan pretending to be ill. When the bomb goes off Deng is one of many officer causalities in the prison explosion, Deng does not survive the explosion.
